Why me

I'm ten minutes from your door — I live in 5000, so a forgotten bracket means one trip downstairs, not a rescheduled Saturday.

Renter-safe by default: proper anchors, holes I can patch, drop cloth down, hardware bagged and labeled for when you move out.

Usually two of us. My partner works jobs with me, which is why a 75" TV goes up straight and nobody's holding a wall with their knee.

Evenings and weekends only — this isn't my day job. Same-week slots most weeks.
